Pay Range : $37 - $39 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities :
- Assisting in the development of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
- Coordinating training sessions and scheduling training events.
- Assisting in the delivery of training programs, either in-person or through virtual platforms.
- Evaluating training effectiveness and collecting feedback from participants.
- Updating and maintaining training records and documentation.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of training strategies and initiatives.
- Providing administrative support for training programs, such as coordinating logistics and managing training materials.
- Assisting in the development of e-learning courses and online training modules.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
- Keeping abreast of trends and best practices in training and development.
