Overview
The Elms Resort & Spa is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Executive Housekeeper in leading the housekeeping department to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and supervise housekeeping operations to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetics across guest rooms, public spaces, and resort facilities.
- Assist in staff scheduling to ensure smooth operations during evenings, nights, weekends, and peak periods.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory control of linens, supplies, and housekeeping equipment.
- Support budget management, revenue forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and deliver a luxurious guest experience.
