The Bar Server Role
The bar server provides drinks and food service to patrons of Hayden's Post.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compose and be knowledgeable of standard drinks and liquors or wines specific to restaurant bar
- Plan and maintain par levels for bar inventory
- Prepare daily orders for bar items to maintain pars
- Cash handling and bank procedures as outlined by the Accounting Department
- Maintain cleanliness of all workplace areas that apply to the bar
- Provide food and drink service to bar tables
- Complete all opening or closing duties each shift
- Any assigned cleaning duties during the shift
- Greet guests as they enter restaurant
- Assist in Food and Beverage departments or tasks as needed
Requirements
We seek an individual with knowledge of:
- Liquor, beer, wine and mixology
