Adolescent Counselor IOP/Outpatient – High Focus Centers, Exton, PA
Salary: $50,000–$55,000/year (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions and family support services.
- Conduct 6–8 Level of Care Assessments per week, aligned with program needs and standards.
- Lead one aftercare outpatient therapy group for clients transitioning to lower levels of care.
- Develop treatment plans through collaboration with clients, families, and team members, ensuring timely completion.
- Participate in meetings to discuss client progress and deliver clinical updates.
- Perform insurance reviews and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collect client co-pays as needed.
- Support program operations and complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field. Completion of clinical based internship/practicum required.
- Experience: Professional counseling experience working with adolescents is required.
