Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Conducts screenings and Level of Care Assessments.
- Facilitates appropriate admissions to all levels of care based on Level of Care Assessments and/or ASAM criteria.
- Completes assessment, admission and other treatment introductory paperwork.
- Manage admission pre-certification with funding sources.
- For employees requiring supervision clinical accommodations will be included.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum requirements: Master's Degree in a Human Services or Related Field AND Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work, or CSAC (willing to be supervised)
