Summary: This business intelligence role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and deploying dashboard solutions using PowerBI technologies across the full development cycle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize complex SQL/Snowflake and Power BI queries to transform, join, and aggregate data.
- Generate and deliver production and ad hoc reports within established timeframes.
- Build advanced burst reporting and event studio alerts, leveraging the full capabilities of reporting technologies.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to research, validate, design, and troubleshoot reports as needed.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and provide full-cycle reporting guidance.
- Provide full-cycle guidance to business units allowing for effective decision making.
- Overcome complex programming and project-oriented roadblocks.
- Offer after-hours support as needed based on business requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Education, Licensure, & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Analytics, or 4 years of related field/system experience.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Experience developing PowerBI reports required.
- Strong SSMS, and TSQL skills preferred, and PowerShell & SSRS considered a plus.
- Documentation and requirement gathering skills required as part of full cycle development.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
