This role offers a hybrid work schedule, giving you the flexibility to work from home while also spending a few days each week at our Bellefonte, PA office to collaborate and stay connected with the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation : Work with business users and stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
- System Design & Implementation : Assist in defining objectives, documenting system requirements, and supporting system-related projects and configurations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with IT, operations, and business teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales) to ensure system solutions meet business needs.
- Process Improvement & Analysis : Evaluate current business processes, recommend enhancements based on industry trends, and optimize system performance.
- Technical Support & Issue Resolution : Provide Tier 1 support, manage end-user support tickets, and assist with system troubleshooting and development.
