We are seeking Part Time!
Part Time Schedule: 11pm-7am
Top Reasons why a Nursing position with Pyramid Healthcare - Duncansville Inpatient is unique: Our Nurses do not have to assist with ADLs: All clients are independent for Bathing, feeding, grooming, personal hygiene, etc. No catheters No I/Vs/Ports/Midlines Our Nurses are not responsible for blood draws (we contract with a national lab who does them) There are minimal physical requirements for our Nursing positions: No heavy lifting, No long periods of standing/walking, etc. No paper MAR's - - we have active eMAR
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
- Medication administration and education to clients
- Ability to learn delivery of detox protocols (COWS and CIWA scales)
- Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
- Maintain medical equipment in proper working order
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- LPN license for PA (current or pending)
