Summary:
Manage maintenance of facility and equipment, including preventative maintenance and urgent repair needs.
Shift:
Monday - Friday
7:00am - 3:00pm / 8:00am - 4:00pm - Shifts may vary (On-Call as needed)
Pay:
$50,000 - $65,000 based on previous experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing a staff of maintenance technicians and housekeepers (10 staff members).
- Provides oversight / supervision / training / hiring to all staff members on team i.e. (housekeeping tasks, facility cleanliness, maintenance projects).
- Complete a variety of remodeling tasks and provide a safe and secure working/living environment for facility.
- Informs management regarding facility issues.
- Handles and /or supervises snow removal and landscaping.
- Has responsibility to respond to off-hours facility emergencies / on-call as necessary.
- Provides Risk Participation at a corporate level.
- Weekly/Monthly/Yearly reporting as well as budget maintenance.
- Maintains all applicable Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes and regulations.
- Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Licensure, & Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Plumbing, electrical, building, painting, and heating experience
- Past experience with building codes and/or construction
- Past relevant managerial experience
- Experience with budgeting, reporting, and supervision

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required at moderate levels to walk, stoop, twist, kneel, or crouch. The employee must lift and/ or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision levels required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet & indoors. This position will require local travel. This position will be scheduled based on operational need & will be required to provide own transportation. Incumbent may be exposed to virus, disease, and/or infection from clients in the work environment.
