Job Title: RentalMan Business Analyst
Location: NC, Remote/Hybrid (as required)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Job Overview: Client is looking for a skilled RentalMan Business Analyst to help integrate newly acquired locations into our system. If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and ensuring smooth transitions, this role is for you. You ll be responsible for migrating data into the RentalMan ERP system and making sure everything runs seamlessly.
Job Description:
Work closely with teams to analyze, clean, and migrate data from legacy systems into RentalMan ERP.
Ensure data integrity by collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
Develop and execute data migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Perform gap analysis between legacy systems and the ERP to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Test, validate, and reconcile migrated data to ensure everything works as expected.
Provide post-migration support and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Document workflows, processes, and data mapping guidelines for future reference.
Experience Required:
5 years of experience in ERP business analysis, particularly with RentalMan ERP.
Hands-on experience with ERP data migration, integration, and system conversions.
Strong understanding of equipment rental industry processes.
Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and ETL tools.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with legacy rental systems is a plus.
Bonus Skills:
Prior experience with large-scale ERP integration projects.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools and reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
