Overview

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Provide technical support for operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, and desktop operating systems
- Resolve technical issues related to TCP/IP networking, computer hardware, and software applications
- Communicate effectively with end-users to understand and resolve their technical problems
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of computer systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in desktop support or similar role
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure, computer networking, and computer hardware
- Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
