Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for desktop hardware, software, and network issues.

- Assist users with VPN connectivity and remote access issues.
- Maintain and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
- Document all support requests and resolutions using ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and ensure all software is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with network administration teams to resolve connectivity issues.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices for technology use.
Skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting various operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with customer service principles and practices.
