Job Overview
We are seeking a professional Executive Assistant to support our executive team in efficiently managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Greet visitors and provide assistance at the front desk
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or executive support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks
- Excellent administrative skills, including phone etiquette and document handling
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes
- Experience with DocuSign for electronic document management is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
