Position Summary
The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company at both a regional and national level.
Essential Functions
While not all-inclusive, the following is a list of primary and general duties. In addition to these listed duties, this position shall also perform other tasks as assigned, shall abide by all provisions of the Employee Manual, and shall participate in all company initiatives and projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients, expand market share, and increase revenue.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their fireworks display requirements.
- Execute regional business plans in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the corporate office to establish pricing strategies, budgets, and sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to network, promote services, and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to fireworks manufacturing, transportation, and displays.
- Resolve escalated client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the EVP of Fireworks and other regional managers to share best practices and support company-wide initiatives.

- Collaborate with the corporate office to establish pricing strategies, budgets, and sales targets.
- Resolve escalated client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Operations and other regional managers to share best practices and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Participate in industry events and represent the company at regional conferences and trade shows.
Experience and Skills / Abilities
Education
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones. The person in this role must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and must move about occasionally inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery and have routine contact with individuals in the office. This person in this role must be able to lift 25 lbs routinely and 50 lbs occasionally.
Travel
This position requires travel up to 60% of the time. Travel will be mixed, local and outside the local area and overnight.
Expected Hours of Work
The typical work schedule for this position follows standard business hours, but flexibility is required to accommodate regional needs, client events, and production schedules. All hours worked will comply with local, state, and federal labor laws, and compensation for overtime, if required, will be provided in accordance with applicable regulations.
