Your Role
The Operations and Events Coordinator is a dynamic, go-getter role that keeps our executive team and event strategy running smoothly. You'll be the right-hand support for our Chief Revenue Officer and EVP of Enterprise Growth-managing schedules, prepping meetings, booking travel, tracking expenses, and keeping our CRM humming. You'll also step in as a trusted backup for the CEO and President's Executive Assistant when needed, tackling scheduling, travel, event logistics, and anything else that helps the office thrive.
On the events side, you'll own the planning and execution of our conference game plan. From researching the hottest opportunities and locking in sponsorships to managing booth setups, swag, and attendee logistics, you'll ensure every detail shines. You'll also dive into pre-conference prospecting and post-event follow-ups to keep the momentum going. What you'll do :
Administrative Support (40%)
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to leaders in the Commercial organization, including scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing meeting agendas and materials, arranging travel accommodations, reconciling business expenses, and inputting and maintaining accurate CRM data.
- Serve as back-up support for the Executive Assistant to the CEO and President, as needed. Duties may include scheduling and calendar management, coordinating travel arrangement, supporting company-wide event logistics, and providing general office coverage and support for ad hoc tasks.
- Perform data entry and ensure accurate maintenance of CRM, lead generation, and project management tools.
Conferences and Events (60%)
Researching potential conferences, including details on costs, benefits, and relevance.
