POSITION DESCRIPTION :
The Senior Associate, Process Innovation role is centered on identifying existing or potential issues in the TPO project workflow and developing streamlined processes to address them. The candidate will also be actively involved in daily project operations, including reviewing milestone documents, supporting digital implementation, data analysis, and resolving cases. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams at EnFin, Hanwha Qcells America (HQCA), associated HQCA parties, and third-party vendors or EnFin dealers. The candidate will report directly to EnFin TPO Operations leadership, or a designated representative appointed by EnFin leadership.
This position will be based out of our office in Irvine, CA with an in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate the quality of third-party vendors' milestone review results, focusing on Quality Control and Assurance.
- Review milestone documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Work with the Digital team to identify and resolve errors and inefficiencies in the EnFin digital platform.
- Analyze existing issues in the TPO project workflow and develop solutions to streamline processes.
- Conduct data analysis to drive operational excellence as well as report on findings.
- Assisting with refining and developing Standard Operating Procedures to increase process efficiency.
- Support EnFin Operations leadership with task-based assignments.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by EnFin leadership.
