What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Manager position at Q1 Technologies?
Warehouse/Storage Management:
- Update master data for existing warehouse stock in M3 (ERP for recently aquired site) including:
- Item Supplier Information (Pricing/Supplier Item number/name/description. Research related stock inforamtion as required to complete this data.
- Update Stock Locations in M3 from generic “Storehouse” to current location (such as “B-1-2”)
- Load Item Photo’s into M3, inlcuding pakaging, item itself and related nameplate(s)
- Perform a Cycle Count of the Item
- Retire Items as needed (with approval from Finance)
- Plan and Implement warehouse storage optimisation. Eg storage rack and row placement.
- Monitor formal Cycle count program / Ensure coverage based of financial exposure
- Improve office and storage practices.
- Update and maintain accurate stock accountability.
- Assist to optimise stock rotation.
- Ensure optimal warehouse efficiency.
- Enforce Warehouse Controls, including timely and accurate M3 Stock Check-Outs and Material Returns
- Monitor material planned Purchase orders for warehouse MRP(material requirements planning) restocking.
People and Communication:
- Appreciation and basic knowledge of cultural issues
- Participate in site management team (where appropriate) and work with other teams to ensure customer service levels are understood, agreed and met.
- Communicate with purchasing officer to provide any missing data to enable engineering spares purchasing.
- Interface with daily management of purchases/supply as appropriate.
- Responsible to monitor, reconcile and report status of applicable purchase/sales agreements.
- Work with the broader business to identify potential interaction opportunities and maintain information flow.

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
