What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apprentice Meter Module Technicians position at Q3 Contracting?
The Apprentice Meter Module Technician is an entry level role where you will be trained to change out gas meter modules throughout Minnesota.
Job Requirements:
- Dependable and able to perform physically demanding work while being exposed to outside weather conditions; specifically, standing for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a daily and continual basis.
- Current driver’s license with no restrictions
- Willingness to work in a traffic control environment on all road types including residential streets, secondary roads, public and interstate highways.
- Willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety regulations.
- Able to work overtime as dictated by workload volumes.
- Able to successfully pass pre-employment and random drug testing per company policy and Federal Department of Transportation regulations.
