We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and motivated individuals to join our Lewis Center team as baristas.
No two days are the same here. You’ll be behind the bar crafting traditional and modern coffee drinks, connecting with customers, and keeping the flow smooth. If you’ve worked as a barista before, great! If not, don’t worry—we’ll train the right person who brings the right energy.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages with consistency
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle POS transactions and operate the register efficiently
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
- Assist with opening/closing tasks as needed
- Learn and maintain knowledge of our menu and brand story
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or café experience preferred, but not required—we will train the right fit
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
