Looking for a fresh start to your mornings? Qamaria Yemeni Coffee in Dublin is hiring baristas to join our morning shift crew. We’re serving up more than just rich Yemeni coffee—we’re building a community and creating a space where every cup comes with a story.
If you're an early riser with a love for people and coffee, we want to meet you. You’ll be the face of our café during the day’s first rush, helping customers start their mornings right with great drinks and even better vibes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare handcrafted coffee and tea drinks, both traditional and modern
- Welcome customers and create a warm, inviting environment
- Manage POS and transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Support opening duties and team coordination
- Stay familiar with our menu and coffee offerings
Qualifications:
- Barista experience preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
- Friendly, punctual, and customer-focused
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment, especially during the morning rush
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move small items
