Dedicated to providing administrative support to the Cabin Crew division, your new role will see you assisting with the management of work-flow for both the Short Haul and Long Haul Management Team, whilst supporting the implementation of significant change processes & establishment of improved working relationships in a complex, dynamic operational environment. You will act as the central point of contact for cabin crew queries, ensuring all communication to crew is consistent and relevant and where appropriate, escalate queries to appropriate support teams. Your contribution will see you comply with Corporate and Divisional Service Standards and with the group management system standard and associated policies in the workplace. You’ll have – School Certificate, Higher School Certificate and further qualifications desirable. Working knowledge of Qantas policies, procedures and systems. Proven administration experience. The ability to absorb information and adapt to a constantly changing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office, email applications and other software packages. (Intermediate required for Excel) Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with people at all levels of the organisation. Experience in establishing close working relationships with peers, business partners and key stakeholders.
