As the Senior Manager People & Labor Relations , you will act as the strategic HR business lead to a diverse group of stakeholders, collaborating closely with senior leaders across the Qantas Americas portfolio. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of people strategies, initiatives, programs and policies at a senior level, overseeing multiple business units. With a broad client base, you will provide high-level strategic advice and guidance while driving impactful business discussions with senior leadership.
Alongside this, you will be responsible for managing the employee / labor relations function for the Americas region with a focus on LAX engineering union negotiations and union relationships.
