Body Shop Estimator – Full-Time or Per-Estimate (Hawthorne, CA)
We are a fast-growing and professional body shop located in Hawthorne, CA, currently looking for an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team.
We’re open to different types of collaboration — whether you’re interested in a full-time role or prefer to work on a per-estimate/project basis, we’re flexible and ready to discuss the best setup.
Responsibilities:
- Write accurate and detailed estimates using CCC One
- Inspect vehicles and document all necessary repairs
- Communicate with insurance companies and clients in a professional manner
- Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth repair process
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in estimate writing
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a body shop estimator or insurance estimator
- Hands-on experience with CCC One is required
- Solid understanding of collision repair processes and insurance procedures
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with confidence
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation:
Compensation is flexible and will be discussed based on experience and the type of collaboration. We are open to fair arrangements for both full-time and per-estimate work.
