Body Shop Manager & Estimator – Full-Time – Hawthorne, CA
We are a growing body shop located in Hawthorne, CA, looking for a reliable and experienced Shop Manager who can also serve as an Estimator.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience working either at a high-volume body shop or within an insurance company as an estimator. We’re looking for someone who understands the full cycle of the repair process — from estimating to customer service to managing workflow and shop operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the body shop
- Write accurate estimates (CCC)
- Coordinate repair processes and timelines
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and clients
- Help maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a body shop estimator and/or manager
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Pay will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
