QB Johnson, Manufacturing is seeking an entry level Accounting/Human Resources Assistant
- Process vendor invoices for accounts payable.
- Answer incoming calls in professional, courteous manner.
- Retrieve and sort mail daily.
- Maintain an organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
- Verifies the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records as assigned.
- Assist HR with time attendance, employee leave requests and personnel on boarding.
- Perform tasks as assigned by Staff Controller & HR.
Candidates must have MS Excel/Word experience. Must be detail oriented & highly organized with the ability to multitask.
