This opportunity is accountable for representing the company by providing legal
guidance across the organization, providing in-depth analysis on complex issues, recommending appropriate solutions to management, and developing strategic practices to ensure that the Company's concerns, issues, risks, and liabilities are identified and resolved effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Actively supervise, manage, and direct a caseload of litigation by or against the company to successful outcomes.
- Provide legal advice and support with respect to insurance policy analysis and interpretation on all lines of business.
- Assist in preparing witnesses, discovery, selecting and managing panel counsel and delivering better litigation management processes.
- Participate in training and reporting trends and developments to key clients and
stakeholders.

Compensation
Base pay offered will vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location and business needs
Annual Salary Range : $130,500- $195,500

Annual Salary Range : $143,500 - $215,500
CA (Remote, Irvine and Woodland), Greenwood Village CO, CT, Chicago IL, MA, MD, NY (Remote), RI, Houston TX and WA
Annual Salary Range : $163,000 - $245,000
San Francisco CA, NJ and New York City NY
