Position SummaryHigh-energy, tech-savvy Inside Sales Representatives
who are comfortable with high-volume outbound sales and modern sales automation tools. Your role is to prospect, qualify, and convert leads using a structured playbook and cutting-edge B2B sales technology.
Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Outbound Prospecting:
- Execute 100 touchpoints per day across calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Use Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft for automated but personalized outreach.
- Target school district administrators including but not limited to Special Ed leaders, Federal Program Directors and Title Coordinators. Also, target private Autism Therapy Agencies (ABA Agencies).
Scalable Personalization:
- Use dynamic email sequences and AI-driven sales insights.
- Tailor outreach at scale without losing personal touch.
Pipeline Management:
- Keep Salesforce updated in real-time with accurate lead statuses, follow-ups, and meeting notes.
Qualify and Convert Leads:
- Conduct structured discovery calls to assess fit and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by developing new business via phone sales.
- Deliver professional sales presentations to high-level decision makers with the ability to close business via phone.
Leverage Sales Intelligence Tools:
- Use Gong to review calls, improve messaging, and refine your sales approach.
Hit and Exceed KPIs:
- Consistently meet targets for outreach volume, meetings booked, and closed deals.
Attend Conferences:
- Work regional and national conferences
- 1-3 years of outbound sales experience.
- Strong ability to balance automation with thoughtful personalization.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales automation tools like Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, and Gong.
- Excellent communication, objection-handling, and consultative sales skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with high-volume prospecting.
