We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Corporate / Clinical Recruiter to manage all hiring efforts across QBS. This is a high-impact, full-lifecycle recruiting role, where you will own every step of the recruitment process—from sourcing candidates and managing pipelines to offer negotiations and onboarding support.
In this role, you will :
Take ownership of recruitment for both clinical (Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and corporate roles, ensuring and effective and efficient process and an exceptional candidate experience.
Drive end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, pipeline management, and offer negotiations.
Collaborate closely with the Clinical Operations team and the Head of People to develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies that align with QBS’s high-growth goals.
Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-demand roles, especially within our Master Trainer team.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging both traditional and innovative methods.
Partner with the Clinical Operations team to support onboarding efforts, ensuring a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
Utilize data tracking and analysis to inform and drive recruiting strategies, measure success, and make data-driven decisions.
Support the implementation and optimization of an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
Provide insights into recruiting trends, recommend process improvements, and contribute to QBS’s overall talent strategy.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in full lifecycle, in-house / corporate recruiting (not agency). Clinical recruiting experience is a plus.
Proven experience independently managing the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and best practices in talent acquisition.
