Your Passion
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing systems and processes that align with the company's business goals. You will act as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications for IT teams.
- Design and implement new business systems, applications, and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Work with project managers to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including requirements, use cases, process flows, and system diagrams.
- Support the development of system testing plans, and ensure systems meet user needs and business requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and improve system performance.
- Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems.
- Conduct user training and ensure that stakeholders are equipped to effectively use the systems.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate system effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
