Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst

DescriptionPOSITION DESCRIPTION : EnFin seeks an experienced and energetic Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst to assist with the financial planning and risk analysis functions for the company’s solar financing team. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position on a fast-growing team with an opportunity to contribute to overall strategy and success of the business. Major responsibilities include financial planning and analysis to successfully manage the overall business profitability, cashflow and liquidity models. Additionally, you will perform an in-depth analysis on risk management and relevant accounting treatment of loan receivables as it is an essential part of the lending business.In this role you will need to be creative and collaborative with problem solving skills and execute team-wide initiatives, working closely with EnFin’s Capital Markets, Accounting and Risk Management teams. The ideal candidate is a motivated team-player who is both detail-oriented and able to contribute to overall strategic vision. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders is key and experience in the fintech lending sector is a strong plus. This position will be based out of our office location in San Francisco, CA.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with building and managing financial analysis activities including modeling, dashboards and reporting packages (including ad hoc) in various environments.Assist with building and managing key required business models including loan asset forecast, P&L and cashflow.Assist with identifying and monitoring key financial and operational metrics / benchmarks, business risks, and new opportunities.Assist with leading aspects of P&L forecasting and reporting, including driving the monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles based on the sales planning and risk management analysis.Assist with generating loan contract and sales (based on PTO, permit to operate) forecast and in-depth analysis.Manage delegation of authority (DoA) workflows for internal approvals and support relevant communication within organizations.Annual budget planning and management in association with EnFin’s payment processing teams.Participate in ad hoc special projects for the team as needed.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in accounting or another business-related field with a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in FP&A or related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Self-motivated leadership and team player and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsKorean BilingualCPA and professional experience at an accounting firmExperience in the fintech and / or B2B2C lending sectors2 years of professional experience in accounting related fieldHanwha Q CELLS America Inc.
