You will analyze and interpret sales data within our ERP system, support decision-making, and also play a key role in the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ERP data workflows related to the sales cycle.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ERP Sales Data Associate to join our team. This role bridges the gap between sales performance analytics and ERP system operations. You will analyze and interpret sales data within our ERP system, support decision-making, and also play a key role in the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ERP data workflows related to the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large volumes of sales data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support sales performance tracking and forecasting.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align reporting requirements and improve data accuracy.
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in sales data to recommend strategies for growth and operational efficiency.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reporting cycles with accurate and timely data insights.
- Monitor daily ERP operations to ensure accurate data flow between sales and related modules (e.g., inventory, order processing, finance).
- Work with ERP/IT teams to troubleshoot data inconsistencies, system errors, or integration issues.
- Participate in ERP upgrades, patches, and configuration improvements as related to the sales data lifecycle.
- Maintain data integrity within the ERP by performing audits, validations, and cleanup activities.
- Contribute to documentation and SOPs related to ERP processes and data handling in the sales domain.
- Bachelor’s Degree required: data science, economics, business, a related technical discipline, and/or other degrees in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a sales or ERP-driven environment
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) including navigation, data extraction, and user-level configuration.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, with proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Experience in the sales process of complex technical solutions/products is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
