The Sales Lead Associate (Inside Sales Operations) will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals for Qcells’ Energy Storage Solutions Sales department. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, following up on leads, and collaborating with the sales team to expand the project pipeline and achieve revenue targets. The candidate will be based out of Teaneck, New Jersey (on-site), and occasional travel, up to 10%, may be required.

This role involves reaching out to potential customers, following up on leads, and collaborating with the sales team to expand the project pipeline and achieve revenue targets. The candidate will be based out of Teaneck, New Jersey (on-site), and occasional travel, up to 10%, may be required.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments or product demos.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Track and manage sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries in a timely manner.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by the Director of Sales Planning Operations or upper management
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1-3 years' experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with newly acquired clients and understand their needs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A high degree of professionalism and conduct.
- Experience working in the solar or energy storage industry
- Experience in the sales process of complex technical solutions/products is a plus

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
