POSITION DESCRIPTION:
EnFin is seeking a Senior Product Manager of Integrations to lead the end-to-end process of integrating with third-party SaaS providers. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of product management, agile development, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the integration strategy, collaborating closely with technical teams, and ensuring successful and timely delivery. You will play a key role in driving product strategy, maintaining integrations post-launch, and effectively communicating progress to stakeholders. While this role primarily focuses on product management, you will also take on technical and non-technical project management responsibilities, ensuring that the product is successfully integrated, delivered, and optimized for market success. Experience in the solar industry, API integration, and sales software will be highly beneficial.
This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for integrating with third-party SaaS providers.
- Lead prioritization, process development, and communication efforts across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the timely and effective execution of integrations.
- Work closely with the Lead Product Manager and Product Team to iterate and maintain integrations post-launch.
- Articulate the product roadmap, including progress, roadblocks, resource needs, and business impact, to key stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication across teams to align efforts, identify risks, and mitigate issues.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction in the API integration process, from ideation through post-launch.
- Demonstrate ambition and leadership by driving product success and maintaining alignment with business goals.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the product meets market needs and exceeds expectations.
- Project Management: In addition to product management, you will take on key technical and non-technical project management assignments to ensure successful product integration and market readiness. This includes managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration to drive the product from concept to launch.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or other related field with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience with 3-4 years of experience in product management with a focus on API integration and SaaS products.
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end API product launches, from ideation through post-launch iteration and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of agile development methodology, including sprints, user stories, and backlogs.
- Experience working with CRM tools, sales software, and understanding of leases, loans, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the solar industry is highly preferred, given the unique market dynamics and learning curve.
- Demonstrated ambition to take ownership and drive product success in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proven ability to manage technical and non-technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful market outcomes.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
