About the Role:
As the Integrations Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting the company's technology to technology providers in the eCommerce space, enabling brands, third-party logistics (3PL) providers and shippers, seamless access to our delivery services and technology. You will be responsible for building, managing and optimizing integrations, ensuring simplified, efficient connectivity between our delivery solutions and partner platforms.
In this role, you will lead the integration strategy, drive technical collaboration, and enhance internal processes while working closely with the sales team and brands. Lead the management of current integrated partnerships and explore new opportunities. Your expertise will help streamline onboarding, improve operational efficiencies, reduce customer and our internal time and effort and enhance the overall customer experience by providing scalable and effective integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage integrations between our company's technology and eCommerce technology platforms, 3PL systems, WMS, shipping software providers, shopping carts, and carrier networks.
- Serve as the primary integration expert, supporting clients with API connections, data transmissions, shipping label generation, rate fetching, duty and tax calculation and tracking updates.
- Develop and execute integration strategies that drive adoption, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams, troubleshooting integration challenges and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, IT, and Customer Support to enhance integration capabilities and optimize partner relationships.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously evaluating new technologies and opportunities to improve our integrations and technology offerings.
- Manage multiple integrations and deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5 years of experience in an eCommerce technology, logistics, or shipping-related role focused on integrations and partnerships.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders, including partners, support representatives, and engineers.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and cloud-based 3PL/WMS software.
- Experience troubleshooting and guiding clients through integration processes.
- Familiarity with shipping carrier services, consolidator shipping preferred.
- Experience working with Shopify and other shopping cart providers, shipping software providers ie shipstation, WMS and OMS providers
- Demonstrated success in managing integrations and business relationships with a customer-centric approach.
- Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
