Summary
The Financial Planning Manager will play a leading role in planning, periodic re-forecasting processes and developing internal management reports. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: budgeting, reporting, and other analytical supports for Qcells Enable, the EPC branch of Qcells for Commercial & Industrial applications. This position will also work directly with all levels within each function to effectively and efficiently complete defined tasks and key projects. The incumbent will be expected to accomplish this with a mindset of continuous improvement consistent with the corporate culture and growth objectives at the company. This individual reports to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Qcells USA HQ, or another senior management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position is located in Teaneck, NJ office and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 20%.

Essential Job Function & Responsibilities
40% – Forecasting and Planning
- Build and manage rolling basis mid to long-term business forecasts of the full financial statement to assist the business with strategic decision making
- Manage the annual budgeting process through target setting and review of business unit inputs and key assumptions
- Coordinate complex long-term organizational strategy projects with other members of the accounting and finance team and with other departments
- Develop a mid to long-term P&L report and cash flows forecasts
- Develop achievable short-term goals and analyze progress toward goals such as KPIs
- Provide strategic & financial rationale support Monthly Business Reviews, Executive/Investment Committee meetings, group requests/meetings, and C-level client engagements as needed
- Create materials & references for the executive's meetings between headquarter, other subsidiaries
- Perform monthly variance analyses with focus on topline sales and profitability
- Assist with external auditor’s PBC request
- Manage project-specific workstreams, including internal approval processes as process manager
- Coordinate operational integration of new strategic initiatives within the organization
- Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position
- Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or another related field, with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting, corporate finance or business planning roles.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience with strong quantitative analytics background;
- High degree of professionalism and conduct at all times,
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results;
- Ability to interact cross-functionally and with senior-level management and outside the organization;
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Speaking and writing capability in both English and Korean is preferred;
- Experience with solar, construction, wind, energy, mechanical, or technology solutions is preferred;
