Business Operations Analyst

POSITION DESCRIPTION :

QCELLS seeks a Business Operations Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing as well as determining and sharing commission payment amounts to external business partners based on the progress of each B2C project. This position will report to the Planning Director of Axia FP&O, or another senior personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position will be based in San Francisco or Irvine, CA offices working hours will be Monday through Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm or 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm local time. This position will require up to 20% travel as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the progress of the rooftop solar installation job contracted by Axia Solar and summarize the milestone status during the designated period
• Understand the company’s pricing policies and procedures to process all the required payments
• Calculate the detailed sales partner’s commission and the incentive of the internal sales representative
• Share the detailed calculation result with each Sales Partner after the payment
• Communicate with the external Sales Partners to explain the commission amount and the calculation process
