Job Summary
The Compliance Analyst II is responsible for contributing to the effective management of risk at QCR Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries. The Compliance Analyst II will propose enhancements and operate one or more core components of the Second Line Compliance function, including related processes and systems. This role will deliver Fair Lending Monitoring of subsidiary banks’ lending practices.
Essential Functions
Identify low- and moderate-complexity compliance risks.
Assess and understand low- and moderate-complexity compliance risks.
Contribute to ongoing effective challenge, support, and follow-through to confirm that significant compliance risks are effectively mitigated or avoided.
Propose enhancements to and produce timely, relevant, and accurate monitoring and reporting of compliance risks to senior management and committees.
Propose enhancements to and reliably operate one or more core components of the Second Line’s Compliance Management Program that supports the adequacy and effectiveness of compliance management. Examples of core components include risk assessments, policies, procedures, and limits, training, advertising and disclosure review, monitoring and testing, complaints management, and reporting.
Design, implement, and operate Fair Lending Monitoring of subsidiary banks’ lending practices, including through adherence to the risk-based monitoring schedule, use of software tools to perform analysis, and preparation of final reports.
Support and adhere to policies and procedures that promote the effective management of compliance risks.
Demonstrate growing, intermediate-level knowledge of compliance management.
Requires proactively building constructive relationships with peers and internal stakeholders.
Champion the Company's risk culture and proactively build constructive relationships with peers and stakeholders.
Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements that are applicable to this position.
Foster and preserve a culture of inclusion.

Qualifications
Associate’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent of education and experience.
Minimum Two Years Banking Experience.
Minimum two years compliance management experience preferred, particularly fair lending experience.
Relevant credential issued by a state or community banking industry association.
Demonstrated growing, intermediate-level knowledge of compliance management.
Working Conditions
Duties are performed in a professional office environment.
Salary & Benefits
The following compensation and benefits information is provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency and compensation posting laws.
The minimum salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 annually. The actual starting salary will be based on qualifications and business needs and may vary, as permitted by applicable state law.
This position is a regular full-time position, and individuals employed as regular full-time are eligible for the following benefits subject to the terms, limitations and conditions of each benefit plan: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, FSA, HSA, 401K, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and additional Voluntary Supplemental Insurance.
