QCR Holdings is looking for an Inclusion, Culture, & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team! This position can be located in Des Moines, IA. This individual will be responsible for the recruiting process for assigned positions at QCR Holdings and its subsidiary banks. Will also assist with planning and facilitating onboarding and new employee orientation sessions. Will ensure a prompt and pleasant recruiting and onboarding process for all new hires of QCR Holdings and subsidiary banks.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or other related field, PHR or SHRM-CP designation, and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources administration and support, specializing in interviewing and hiring. Previous banking experience is preferred, however an equivalent combination of skills, education, and work experience will be considered. Excellent organizational skills, ability to organize and manage a variety of projects and tasks while dealing with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced environment and handle large volumes of work accurately. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate recordkeeping, reports, documentation, and correspondence is essential. Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interface with applicants, employees, and all levels of management, as well as the ability to work with diverse personalities. Some travel is required.
