TITLE: Loan Review Specialist
JOB FAMILY: Audit Loan Review

JOB SUMMARY:
The Loan Review Specialist is responsible for assisting in the completion of the loan review schedule for QCR Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Performs loan reviews and works closely with other loan review staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled written reviews of credits, independent of the lending officer, for the purpose of determining the appropriateness of the assigned risk rating and reserves for potential losses in accordance with the QCRH Loan Review Policy.
- Determine management’s compliance with underwriting standards as identified within the Bank’s loan policies.
- Determine that loan requirements approved by the OLC and/or the Board are followed in terms of underwriting and administration.
- Determine compliance with applicable regulations.
- Identify and report necessary/missing loan documentation, considering each bank’s documentation tickler systems and effectiveness thereof.
- Learn and utilize the company’s loan review software to perform duties.
- Perform leasing or other underwriting-type reviews as assigned.
- Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements that are applicable to this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Two years of credit analysis experience.
- Understanding of loan documentation for commercial loans preferred.
- Capability to maintain and enhance technical and professional competence through continuing education.
- Capability to utilize various banking software and Microsoft 365 products, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Duties performed in a professional office environment.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
The minimum salary range for this position is $46,088.10-$55,000 annually. The actual starting salary will be based on qualifications and business needs and may vary, as permitted by applicable state law
