TITLE: Marketing Intern
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
PAY GRADE & FLSA: Grade 3 & Non-Exempt
Job Summary
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, support marketing campaign planning and execution; write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral; assist in creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels; participate in marketing brainstorming sessions; assist with planning and execution of internal and external bank events; and measure and report results of various marketing initiatives. Work in conjunction with QCBT Marketing team and other QCBT staff including bank president and department managers.

- The anticipated starting salary for this position is $15.50 per hour. The actual starting salary or hourly wage will be based on qualifications and business needs and may vary, as permitted by applicable state law.
- This position is a temporary position and the work schedule is for a designated or limited period of time. Individuals employed as temporary are not eligible for benefits above and beyond those required by law.
