Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, including interviewing potential candidates.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and kitchen management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality standards in food production and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and cost management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, food production processes, and kitchen management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
