POSITION SUMMARY AND PURPOSE
Q2 Impact is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation of a USAID-funded Analytical Services V (ASV) contract within the Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG Bureau). The Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of high-quality research products and services. This position is contingent upon award.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contract Management : Serve as the primary liaison with the USAID Contract Officer Representative (COR), ensuring compliance with USAID rules and regulations.
- Implementation Oversight : Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Team Management : Collaborate with research teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and timely deliverables.
- Reporting and Documentation : Prepare and submit high-quality reports and other deliverables as required by the contract.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with USAID, research partners, and other stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking : Oversee development and implementation of project strategies and work plans.
- Communication and Coordination : Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and successes to internal and external stakeholders.
