Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for introducing our innovative bioenergetic testing systems to practitioners who are passionate about holistic wellness. You will ensure that each new customer has a seamless and pleasant experience, transitioning smoothly to our dedicated customer support team. Additionally, you'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities for the company to expand its reach and impact. You will report directly to a manager, who will support your success and help you reach your goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Bioenergetic Testing Systems: Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present the value of our systems in a compelling way.
- Lead Management: Work with a mix of inbound leads from our website and outbound strategies, including attending conferences and implementing a cold-call approach.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a positive and smooth handoff to the customer support team, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Growth Opportunities: Actively seek and identify new opportunities for company growth, whether through new markets, partnerships, or customer feedback.
- Availability & Responsiveness: Be highly available to respond to inquiries, engage with leads, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Hunger & Drive: Demonstrate a strong desire to succeed, continuously striving to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s success.
- Coachability: Be open to feedback and continuous learning, adapting to the evolving needs of our customers and the market.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record in sales, preferably in wellness, health, or technology sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- A deep passion for alternative and holistic wellness practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player who aligns with our core values of integrity, charitable thinking, and competitive fire.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
- A self-starter who is motivated by a challenge.
