About Your Role
QGenda is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Tradeshow and Events Manager driving strategy and execution for all customer facing tradeshows and events. Working collaboratively with our Demand Gen partners/program managers, we continue to streamline processes using best practices to plan and successfully complete all event related tasks and responsibilities for Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 tradeshows & events including virtual lifestyle activities. Tasks include (but not limited to) event strategy, project management, vendor management, budget, travel, event logistics, venue selection, contract negotiation, production, registration, implementation and metrics for success.
The successful candidate must be agile, adapting to shifting goals and priorities to support the company’s growth and expansion, keeping QGenda, top of mind for our customers.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Drive strategy, coordination and flawless execution of QGenda’s presence at all events, industry conferences & alliances, sponsorships and virtual events, positioning QGenda as the pioneer and leader in Healthcare Workforce Management.
- Manage event calendar and registrations for all trade shows and events
- Orchestrate and execute all program and event elements, including securing exhibit space, exhibit house, show services, venue selection, booth layout & design, sponsorships, housing, scheduling tool, registration, graphics, focus groups, client events and more.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to develop, promote and execute event theme, messaging, graphics and overall look and feel.
- Develop and oversee team workstreams to include event messaging, branding, collateral, multimedia production, creative services, expo design and planning, speaker and talent management, sales enablement and product readiness.
- Manage outside agencies and vendor relationships to include exhibit house, technical experts, consultants and freelancers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all show services.
- Provide onsite management of set-up, event execution and dismantle
- Prepare, track and reconcile budgets for each event. Delivering events on time and within budget.
- Facilitate internal and external communication and create pre-show briefing documents.
- Create post event evaluations, continually monitoring and measuring events to improve results, ROI and achieve goals.
- Provide on-site support including supervision of installation and dismantle of exhibits, lead gathering, and managing reception desk
- 35% travel - Ability to travel within North America (including weekends) is required**
- Work Environment / Physical demands/ Travel Requirements:
- Computer-based work environment.
- Sitting and standing for extended periods Lifting of 5 - 10 pounds.
- 7 years of Tradeshow and Events experience
- Familiarity with ExhibitDay and Captello a plus.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize resources, establish priorities, and maintain attention to detail and composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines within tight timeframes and manage to budget.
- Self-starter with ability to work productively in both individual and team settings.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
