We are currently seeking an International Sales Specialist/Analyst – Wholesale Computers. This is an exciting, visible opportunity for a unique, multi-faceted individual, to help drive the success of this important product line.
The winning candidate will be responsible for all aspects of wholesale marketing and sales of our tested and graded used computer product lines. This is a multi-functional role and will require strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of computer product lines, or the willingness to learn. Additionally, this individual will need to be comfortable with pre- and post- sale customer service with our mostly international customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Interaction with our Production Department to identify computers which are ready for sale.
- Compilation of computers into sellable lots of similar product.
- Communication with the Packaging department to ensure that lots are packaged correctly.
- Composition of eMail communication with our 7,000 international customers
- Set-up and maintenance of all lots listed for sale on our customer-facing eCommerce site
- Posting listings on 3rd party sites
- Communication with mostly international customers via email, phone and WhatsApp to help manage a fair and dynamic bidding process. Please note that our customer base spans multiple time zones so the winning candidate will be offered a flexible schedule but will be expected to answer occasional emails and WhatsApp messages outside of normal business hours.
- Post-sale customer service to arrange for shipping and address other customer service issues.
- Communication with the Accounting department to verify accurate and timely payments.
- Provides daily and weekly productivity and sales status to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical, ITAD, marketing, eCommerce and/or technical sales environment.
- BS degree preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience including formulas, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Experience with SQL databases is a big plus
- Understanding of PC product lines
- Any international sales or fulfillment experience is helpful
- Excellent communicator
