Position Overview
FRLE is looking for a Technical Security and Signals Countermeasures Analyst to conduct all-source CI threat analysis tailored to the planning and execution of Technical Counterintelligence (TC) missions in support of the nation's toughest missions. - Contingent Upon Contract Award
Responsibilities
- Review intelligence reports that could impact core functions and activities; provide comments and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Collaborate with external agencies and establish analytic working relationships with organizations supporting TC activities.
- Prepare Requests for Information from National and DoD agencies.
- Collaborate with practitioners and provide subject matter expertise in support of TC missions.
- Provide technical SME support to CI Functional Services by delivering timely intelligence and technical threat briefings.
- Advise Leadership in their efforts to develop a robust analytic support structure to better support the local program efforts.
- Track foreign intelligence entities' (FIE) and terrorist organizations' technical collection capabilities by country.
- Assess, evaluate and report emerging technology threats, draft Liaison Contact Reports, draft CI After Action Reports, and produce comprehensive Technical Threat Assessments.
- Conduct discrete searches for mission-related information.
- Present education briefings to the workforce.
- Collaborate with partner agencies, partner nations, and industry to detect, identify, neutralize and / or exploit FIE exploitation efforts.
