PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Responsible for providing project support services in accordance with the setup and implementation of the Cost and Contract Management Systems and other spreadsheet-based reports.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Responsible for providing project support services in accordance with the setup and implementation of the Cost and Contract Management Systems and other spreadsheet-based reports.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the Director of Project Controls;
- Setup Project Cost Reports from the EPC Estimate Data
- Support the setup of the Time-Phased model; Progress Curves, Staffing Plans, and Cash Flows
- Support the setup and implementation of the EPC Management Cost Report
- Support the setup and implementation of Ecosys to manage Contracts, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Change Orders, and Project Cost Reports
- Support the external and internal Monthly Reports
- Provide Support to Project Invoice Approvals thru the Accounting System
- Provide Support to the development of Management Plans, Procedures, Instructions
- Support to ongoing department initiatives and training programs
- Performs any other duties assigned
- Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Overall 5-8 years of experience in supporting Projects
- Experience with Cost and Contract Management Systems; Contracts, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Change Orders
- Experience working with Project Teams
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
