You will play a critical role in the successful execution of electrical infrastructure projects across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main technical expert on site, offering guidance to construction crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure that the project adheres to engineering and design specifications, industry standards, and construction regulations.
- Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation for field markup.
- Support plan review and approval process with local and state municipalities, as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant field experience in large high-voltage substation construction.
- Strong technical background in the installation and operation of electrical equipment and associated subsystems.
- Familiarity with high, medium, and low-voltage installations, substation design, grounding, protection.
- Ability to collaborate with project team members and client entities, demonstrating leadership capabilities to ensure a successful project.
