What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Vice President of Sales position at QLM Search?
QLM Search is partnering with a leading Ingredients group with the hire of a divisional SVP (business leadership) position. Reporting to the CEO you will manage the leadership team of this specialist B2B ingredient business. You will have full regional P&L responsibility and for setting the NOAM regional strategic objectives and driving performance to exceed customer expectations.
- Leading the business, with full responsibility for P&L to achieve strategic goals in line with group expectation;
- Working collaboratively with customers and the commercial team to effectively manage and develop current and future business plans;
- Manage teams across Sales & R&D
- Implementing and developing a continuous improvement mindset, accountability and communication and a clear focus on delivery of core activities.
To apply, you must be a highly motivated, hands-on leader with deep rooted B2B Ingredients and/or Flavor sector experience ONLY (no other sector experience can be considered). You will likely already have operated as a business unit leader in this sector as a leader where you can evidence leadership of Sales, and Innovation/R&D.
