Vice President Operations- key responsibilities:
- Leading, influencing and developing a team consisting of an Operations Director, Production and Warehousing Managers, Finance and Planning
- As VP Operations, you will be responsible for manufacturing, engineering, technology, S&OP and supply chain strategies
- Driving operational excellence & lean practices and culture, to unlock greater efficiency, quality and value creation.
- Building integrated processes and tracking performance through effective KPIs, budgeting and forecasting
As Vice President Operations you will lead and inspire across the business, whilst leveraging a strategic & data driven approach to decision-making.
Candidates must have experience of leading manufacturing and supply chain operations within Beverages / Food / Ingredients.
